When You Are a Nerd Customer after Purchase
Nerd Account: Customers who purchase certain Nerd products will have a customer account generated for them, which is hosted on our website. You can access your Nerd Account to update the information from or about you in that account at any time. The information contained in your account includes:
- The status of your order
- Your customer information
- Warranty and other documentation for your home/business upgrade products
- Payment (Finance and or Lease/PPA Agreements with third party lending institutions or NeRD in house financing or funds) method information
- Other general information about your Nerd products (for example, Solar equipment identification number or other product serial numbers, service plan information, or connectivity package), insurance forms, driver’s licenses, financing agreements, and similar information.
How We May Use Your Information
